If an error occurs, it is tremendously important to get as much information as possible from you regarding your computer system and the installed version of PhotoPerfect. These information help us and other users to be able to reproduce those errors and also increase the chance to resolve them.
Thus please answer the following questions, if you would like to report an error:

- On which PhotoPerfect does the error occur: version and build number, single or multi processor version?
- Which Operating System are you using?
- How much RAM is installed on your computer?
- Do you login and work as administrator or as user with limited rights?
- What is the data path of PhotoPerfect? (File->Options->Paths)
- Which extensions have you licensed and in use?
- How does the error manifest itself?
- Please describe exactly, which steps did you execute until the error occurred?
- Have you been able to reproduce that error?
- If the error occurred suddenly without any previous changes regarding the version/build of PhotoPerfect, please write down, which changes you applied to the hardware and/or software on your computer!
