New version does not start

Hi,

As I remember I have seen the same problem discussed somewhere in the past, but cannot find it.

Anyway: the new build does not start after downloading and installation or is waiting for something after the 1st screen appears. The PC is the same as in the past and is AMD X2 / Win XP - based.

The older version of 2007 was Okay.

Ideas?
