1. Mine Manager
2. Logistic Operations Manager
3. Accounting Manager
4. Sr. Mine Surveyor
5. Sr. Project Engineer
6. Sr. Mine Production/Sr. Mine Engineer
a. University Graduate, with related position (1,2,3,4,5,6)
b. Age 32 – 38 years (l,2,3,4,5,6)
c. Min. 6 years at the same position. Preferable from mining company (1,4,5,6) barge owning and operating/trading company (2), public accountant (3)
d KTT Certificates holder (POP, POM & POU) is a must (1), min POP and POM certified(4.6)
e. Experience in managing coal barging and transshipments, and having good knowledge in shipment and barge planning, scheduling, monitoring and post shipment settlements (2)
f. Excellent with computer skill, good knowledge at MYOB system is a must (3), MINCOM Software (SURPAC) (1,4,6),AUTOCAD(5)
g. Based on Jakarta Office (2,3,5)
h. Strong Leadership, Hard Working and Good at Team Work (1,2,3,4,5,6)
