RECORDS MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDEN - Job vacancies Jakarta Raya
Job vacancies Responsibilities:
Basic duty and responsibilities:
Responsible to handle day to day operations of document and records handling and control including library, in EMP Groups including Field Operations.
Ensure all document and records are handling properly : proper record, archive (soft and hard files), score, easy to retrieve, informative, effective and efficient.
Job vacancies Details duties:
1. To handle day to day operation of document handling and record management and library
2. Supervise subordinate and provide clear work scope.
3. conduct regular field visit to make sure DCRM in the Fields handling properly
4. To make sure proper administration works in DCRM Sections
5. Conduct regular socialization of DCRM guidelines/SOP to the document owners.
Job vacancies Requirements:
1. Graduate min Diploma D3 librarian with 10 years experiences and 3 years in Supt. Position, or
2. S1 related background with 6 years experiences with 2 years in Supt. Position.
3. Has Technical competency knowledge as per attached table
4. Strong in coordination ability/ leadership
5. Discipline in complying to the policy and procedures.
