Mining Jobs: Job Vacancy Maintenance Supervisor, Planner, Clerk
Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
1. Plant & Maintenance Supervisor
2. Maintenance Planner
3. Maintenance Clerk
4. Equipment Analyst (Strategy)
All candidates must have following general criteria:
a) Male, Indonesian Citizen with excellent health,
b) Willingness to be positioned in remote area in Kalimantan areas,
c) Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English,
d) Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team as a member as well as team leader,
e) Good conceptual and analytical thinking, arranging and organizing,
f) Highly motivated and hard working under pressures,
g) Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment,
h) S1 in Mechanical Engineering (2, 4),
i) STM/D3 with significant years of experiences will be considered (1, 2, 3, 4),
j) Auto Cad, MS Project and Database software proficiency will be significant value added (2, 4),
k) Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is a must (1, 2, 4),
l) More than 3 years of working experience in the same position as needed in mining industries or heavy equipment dealers (1, 2, 4),
m) Making and Control budget and cost of maintenance planning program (2),
n) Ability to equipment strategy development (2, 4),
o) Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for mining equipment (2),
p) Having knowledge in heavy equipment technical and operation, fluid, and oil analysis (2, 4),
q) Deep knowledge of machine parts and mechanism. (1, 2, 4),
r) Familiar with Equipment Performance Analysis, Failure Analysis, Component Life Cycle, Cost Analysis, etc. (2, 4),
s) Familiar with Maintenance Management Information System (Ellipse, SAP, AS400, Oil Commander, Analyzer, etc.) (2, 4),
t) Familiar with mechanical availability, downtime, backlogs, component tracking, equipment health, fluid management (2, 4).
