Went to the help section on how to apply frames. Followed the instructions ..... To create a frame, follow the steps below:

1 - Load an image onto PhotoPerfect's workbench.
2 - Call the MasterFramer DeLuxe script from Processing resources.

Thats as far as I got. Can not find the Master Framer drop down menu. Nothing, all I see are ....
Macros .... Batch Processing and Photo Formats.

Any ideas on whats wrong. Thanks for your help.
PS ... I am a rookie with Photo Perfect.
