normally every verizon phone you hold down the "#" and it will lock the phone, but with the venus, the only way to lock it is to go into the menu and do it that way. it seems too time consuming. also do you know how to lock it so it locks every time the phone is idle? that way my toddler can never get into it? thanks so much!
