Villa Dubravka – Zaton, Dubrovnik
Situated exactly on the sea coast in picturesque Zaton Bay, just 10 km from historical center of Dubrovnik, UNESCO protected “Pearl of Adriatic”, one of Mediterranean must visit destinations. Stone building with “character” from 1920-es. Garden cca 500 m2 full of Mediterranean plants, fruits and flowers two garden gates, one to the local road, another to the sea large waterfront terrace, lawn area (badminton / volleyball court, sunbathing) grill area in shadow of a fig tree with fixed table tennis (alternative terrace), 25m long boccia court. Parking place for 2-3 cars just behind the garden wall immediately in front of the villa.
Ground floor: completely equipped kitchen, bathroom, living-room/dining-room, double bedroom, hall with doors to the entrance loggia, waterfront terrace and the sea and with wooden stairs to upper floor.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (large master bedroom, another double bedroom, small single one), bathroom, hall connected with the upper loggia overlooking the sea.
What you can do when you are here?
When you are living in the villa, you can:
-sunbath or swim in the sea which is only 2 meter away from the villa
-use sports facilities in the garden (badminton / volleyball, boccia, 3 kayaks, small rowing boat, table tennis)
-prepare barbeque party
-go with a boat for swimming, snorkeling or fishing
-visit Dubrovnik (10 km), small town Ston (30 km) with its “second largest wall after Chinese” and its famous shell-farms and vine region, Island Mljet and its National Park, beautiful Boka Kotorska fjord in Monte Negro (50 km), or oriental Mostar and its famous old bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina (100 km)
-visit the beautiful neighboring islands with attractive natural and historical sights.

We, owners dont live in the villa, but in another house in Dubrovnik, and almost daily use to come to visit this property (to water the garden, check if the guests have some wishes or problems, but mostly to take care about the olive orchard above the Villa), and than we use small house with separate garden gate in west corner of the garden.
Villa Dubravka is also our family brand of extra virgin olive oil produced from own olives grown in orchard above the Villa. So, dear guest, dont buy olive oil!, a bottle of Villa Dubravka is waiting for you in the kitchen of Villa Dubravka. And if you like olives and active holidays, you can join us in picking campaign in period 15.Oct- 15.Nov, and return home with gallons of the best oil ever (because you coproduced it!).
If you f.e. want to experience picking wild asparagus in area around the Villa and the orchard, than come in period 15.Mar-15.May.
If you dont like anything of these activities, you can just enjoy peacefully relaxing atmosphere while reading your favorite books.
